Hi! I am Hailey Welch, owner of Ivory. I grew up in Montgomery County Pennsylvania my entire life. I was your typical city-girl shopaholic. My mom and I would visit King of Prussia mall multiple times a week and went on Target runs daily. Any store I wanted to go to was just a short car ride away.

I met my husband, Jake, in 2020 and we got married in 2021. I moved across the entire state of Pennsylvania to my husband's very small town - Salisbury PA - home of absolutely nothing! Farms, a post office, and more farms. As much as I loved living in the quaint countryside, I went through some major shopping withdrawal! I had to drive hours to Pittsburgh or Morgantown WV just to get to a store I liked.

Long story short, I had a little chat with my father in law (who is a general contractor) and together, we designed and built my little dream store on our families property. Now, Ivory offers a unique + FUN shopping experience to the girls of small town Pennsylvania, filling a void for so many girls like myself. I am so humbled that each of you choose to shop with Ivory, and I hope we can be light to you, make you smile, or at the very least make you look so cute!
