USPS Standard - $10.00

Orders are processed within 5 business days. After your order is processed, shipping typically takes 5-8 business days depending on location.

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping normally delivers within 3-5 days depending on location. 

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Ideal service for shipments that must arrive the next business day. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to ensure order is processed the same day. International orders are not eligible for next day delivery. 

Ensure accuracy in your shipping address to avoid additional charges for reshipment due to incorrect addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you upon receipt for reshipment, additional shipping cost, and an updated address.

International Shipping:

International shipping rates will be calculated and added at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

Orders are shipped from Salisbury, Pennsylvania 15558.

Lost packages must be reported to  info@shopivorybuck.com for claim filing. USPS packages must be in transit for 15 days before a claim can be filed.

We are not liable for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, refunds/replacements cannot be issued.

We do not refund shipping charges or orders for delays caused by mail carriers failing to meet shipping times. Shipping times are NEVER guaranteed.
